Clear immigration and customs. Your tour manager/ representative will be waiting for you outside the arrival hall. He will be holding a “High Points of India” placard. Transfer to hotel. PM: Visit the Hanuman Dhoka, the Durbar square, and the Temple House of the Kumari (Living Goddess).
Day 2, Monday: Katmandu:
AM: Guided tour of Patan city (formerly Lalitpur). Visit the Durbar Square (ancient royal residential quarters), the Krishna Temple, and the Golden Temple.
PM: Tour of Bhadgaon (also called Bhaktapur), Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath, and Boudhnath, one of the world’s largest stupas.
Day 3, Tuesday: Katmandu - Chitwan :
AM: Half- day drive across the Terai to the Royal Chitwan Wildlife Reserve. Met on arrival and transfer to your jungle lodge.
PM: Excursion in the jungle.
Day 4, Wednesday: Chitwan:
AM & PM: Excursions into the jungle on elephants and by jeeps.
Day 5, Thursday: Chitwan - Pokhara:
Half day drive to Pokhara. PM: Walking tour around this quaint town and around the Pokhara lake, with its shimmering reflections of the gigantic mountain peaks towering above the town.
Day 6, Friday: Pokhara - Katmandu:
AM: Transfer to the Pokhara airport for the short flight to Katmandu. Met on arrival in Katmandu and transfer to hotel. PM:At leisure.
Day
7, Saturday: Katmandu :
Transfer
to airport for your onward flight.
